Theme and appearance

Theme your site from Settings: accent color, the Prime palette and custom CSS, navbar, footer, and your home page.

Read via MCP

Style your site from the Settings panel (the gear in the top bar of the workspace). There are no CSS or config files to edit by hand, and every change shows in the preview before it is saved.

Accent color

Under Appearance, pick one of the accent swatches or enter your own hex color. The accent drives links, buttons, highlights, and even the scrollbar, so the whole site picks up your brand in one setting. Hep.gg Prime sites that have set a full multi-stop palette can reset to a single accent from the same place.

Custom CSS

Hep.gg Prime sites can add custom CSS from the Advanced section of Settings, in a proper code editor, for full control over the look on top of the theme. Free sites use the built-in theme.

Identity

The Identity section holds your site name, its address, a one-line description (used in the footer and for search engines), your logo, and your GitHub and website links, which appear in the navbar automatically.

The Advanced section has simple row builders for anything beyond the defaults:

  • Navbar. Add links to your own docs or to external URLs, on the left or right.
  • Footer. Add link groups (a title plus a list of links) and a copyright line.

Home page

Your landing page is edited from the pinned Home page entry at the top of the explorer. Turn it on for a hero (eyebrow, title, subtitle, up to three buttons) plus a grid of feature cards that link into your docs, or turn it off to send visitors straight to your first doc.

Powered by Hep.gg

Free sites carry a small "Powered by Hep.gg" footer. Hep.gg Prime removes it from the Advanced section, so your site is fully your own brand.
